OUR UNIQUE WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE
A unique ramped up challenge that is suitable for all levels, involving: Swimming, Fitness and Nutrition.
Simply Vo2 means, Volume of Oxygen. A more common name is Vo2 Max which defines the maximum amount of oxygen the body can effectively use during exercise (How much O2 we can take in and how effectively we can transport the O2 to muscles and how efficiently we can use it).
In more simple terms, we want you to breath better, move better, perform better and live better!
Vo2 is first and foremost a transformation challenge, but don’t get us wrong, it's not just about losing weight. We are talking about a transformation of the mind as well! 6 weeks, training volume increasing gradually and training is split between Swimming, Fitness & mobility to help with recovery. This is in addition to a 6 weeks fully tailored nutrition plan, expertly designed by our Certified Sports Nutritionist
