weight loss challenge involving:
Swimming, Fitness, Mobility and Nutrition.
Training volume increases week by week.

HURRICANE
Our Swimming weight loss challenge. 6 weeks including:
Swimming & Nutrition.
Using the best cardio exercise to help you lose the weight you want, enhance your swimming level dramatically, getting you faster in the water and more efficient while learning new techniques and strokes.
STRONGER BACK
Not your conventional Fitness program. Suitable for people with weak backs, those who experience back pain or back injuries. The program involves "small groups" Swimming, Strength & Mobility sessions .
6 weeks program that focuses on the learning aspect, giving you the basic understanding of what to do & what not to do to avoid chronic back pain.
Our most intense challenge yet. 4 weeks
weight loss challenge involving:
Swimming, Fitness and Nutrition.
Two sessions per day, back to back.
