Why Oatmeal Should Be Part of Your Meal Plan

 Oats is one of the healthiest foods in the world. Be sure to add this super food to your meal plan. It boosts energy, protects skin, supports weight loss, boosts heart health, reduces colon cancer and many more.

 

PREFERRED TIME : Breakfast, it will keep you full for hours while giving you all the nutrients you need and fuel you throughout the day.

 

HOW TO PREPARE:

3 Tbsp of Oats.

0.5 Cup of Skimmed Milk.

Stir for 2-3 minutes (until it become a heavy mixture)

Empty into a bowl.

Add 1 tsp of honey.

Add 1 tsp of Peanut Butter.

Add 0.25 tsp of Cinnamon.

Add 1 Banana or 3 Dates.

Enjoy a tasty healthy breakfast meal :)
